Refund Process: How do I initiate a return or refund from Keffson.com?

-To start a return please email, sales@keffson.com, call 1 509 649 3125 during open store hours, or come in to the store and ask for a refund / exchange. We will process the request immediately and quickly as possible. It is our highest priority to make sure the refund / exchange process is as smooth as possible.
-Please also email, call, or stop by for any other problems or concerns.

-Returns: Accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products
-Free Returns: Keffson pays for return shipping on items not as described, damage or any other reason. Customer is responsible for printing and shipping the return back to Keffson.

* - Products that cannot be returned or exchanged will be clearly labeled on the product listing page. These include sealed collectibles such as Trading Card Games and Collectible Card Games. Under conditions that items were recieved as damaged, Keffson will initiate an exchange on sealed items.

Return within 50 days
